Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will begin processing on the following business day. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship within the United States but plan to expand to worldwide shipping soon. Stay tuned via social media and our email list for international shipping updates!
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: We know how frustrating that can be! While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re marked as delivered, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for assistance. If you need extra help, let us know—we are happy to assist in the best way we can to get the issue resolved.
Pre-Order Items
Q: How long does it take to ship pre-order items?
A: Pre-order items take 3-4 weeks to ship. We promise they’re worth the wait! If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, we’ll ship everything once the pre-order items are ready. If you wish to have the available items shipped beforesend us an email at info@noireathleisure.com and we’ll be happy to explore options for your situation.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Product & Sizing
Q: How do I find my size?
A: It is very important that you refer to our Size Chart on each product page to ensure the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Certain products should be sized up regardless and there is a note on those pages to ensure that you receive the absolute best fit for your items. We want you to look and feel good in your new athleisure items!
Q: How should I care for my athleisure pieces?
A: We recommend washing items in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying them flat to dry or drying on a gentle cycle if preferred. Avoid high heat to maintain fabric quality and longevity.
